REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Follow these easy steps to submit your return request:

Log in to your account (if needed):
- Navigate to the Log In page, and in the "Email" field, enter the email address you used to place the order. Click "Continue".
- Check your email inbox for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code to access your account.

Request your return:
- Under "My Orders", select the order you would like to return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the specific items you wish to return.
- Select a reason for your return, and add any relevant notes for us.
- Click "Request Return".

After you've submitted your return request:
- If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@danielbuchler.com with a subject of REFUND.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
All sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@danielbuchler.com with the subject EXCHANGE, and send your item back with a FedEx shipping return label enclosed in your package.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact support@danielbuchler.com to receive your return shipping label.
If you don't contact us for a return label, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use your own method.
